In this role, you will sit right at the heart of business collaborating with internal and external partners ensure they have all the insights, growth drivers and tools they need to deliver stellar execution of Diageo’s commercial plan to shift consumer and shopper behavior to achieve Diageo’s financial and market share ambition. You can demonstrate your strategic competence in a dynamic environment.   • Understand customer and brand needs by channel to pinpoint the activation priorities that deliver the greatest impact
  • Build the activation plans around the shopper marketing activities by channel by programme and activity fostering into the one commercial plan
  • Guide the sales force briefing of the commercial calendar ensuring the team is fully equipped to win with the provision and selling tools and assets in line with customer activation timings
  • Ensure robust M&E is in place to develop comprehensive understanding of behaviour change and corresponding drivers of financial performance
  • A&P planning and monitoring
  • Lead, manage and develop a set of external partners
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in FMCG business, in Sales, Customer, Trade, Shopper Marketing
  • Knowledge of Swiss On-Trade market and hospitality industry
  • Passion for creating experiences for customers and consumers
  • Problem solver and teammate who can deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly
  • Experienced in handling several brands at the same time
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
