At a Glance:

Due to a propelling growth in our Direct To Consumer (DTC) business, we are looking for a Digital Content Production Specialist to help shape the next growth phase of On’s onsite experience. You will work within the DTC Ecommerce Merchandising & Optimization team in an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. You will aim to provide a best-in-class onsite shopping experience by building out the way we present our products and campaigns. You understand how engaging words and striking visuals can improve both website performance and the full customer journey. You will communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders and leverage on all of the available digital tools in order to ensure your content builds are covered from all fronts. You will also have the pulse of what is globally needed in digital content management and production via a strong connection to Product, Content and Design teams.

With a commercial and creative background, you will contribute to a high-performing team with a consumer-centric and data-driven culture at the core, turning your efforts and insights into growth initiatives for increased performance. The position is based in Zurich.

Your Team:

As you might expect from a running brand, the DTC Ecommerce team at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. From engineers to designers, data scientists and digital marketing specialists, this is the team responsible for creating winning digital products and campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed – what else?

Your Mission:
  • Manage and optimize the content GO LIVE process for DTC Ecommerce
  • Be gatekeeper for content management tools, testing existing features and unlocking new opportunities
  • Build out all required Product Detail Pages (PDP) and campaign launch content for on-running.com
  • Gather all relevant information for product GO LIVE and ensure highest level of product data integrity
  • Ensure best-in-class translations across locales and assured size and fit guidance
  • Create bespoke Collection pages to push seasonal themes and limited collections
  • Partner with Digital Production Designer, Studio and Content teams to match striking visuals with rich copy to create an inspirational and engaging onsite experience
  • Partner with Digital Content Merchandisers and Digital Personalization Specialist to power the Ecommerce Merchandising & Optimization strategy onsite
  • Collaborate and feed in to cross-functional teams to constantly elevate the onsite customer experience
Your Story:
  • 1 year+ work experience in a Digital or Ecommerce environment
  • Hands-on experience with a CMS tool (Contentful preferred, but not essential)
  • Experience with project and data management tools
  • Solid understanding of digital customer behavior and online shopping journeys
  • Able to multitask, work at pace and adapt to change
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys coming up with creative solutions
