Join our mission and become part of our Research & Development team, where you are responsible for the electronic development of analog and digital parts of communication systems and hearing protection systems.

Your tasks

  • Development of electronic systems, including product specification, product design and verification activities
  • Simulation of electronic circuits and product design documentation
  • Qualification of new electronic components
  • Definition and execution of the test plans
  • Write the verification reports of the product
  • Specification of automated production test bench dedicated to the product
  • Support the Manufacturing Engineering department during the industrialization phase of the product
  • Follow-up of the product certification process by providing adequate supports and preparing technical files necessary for submission to the certification laboratory
  • Support IP assessment in the field of electronics
  • Improvement of product development process

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (University degree or university of applied sciences / FH)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience in electronic development
  • Experience in the domain of low power, low voltage, audio, and radio systems is a plus
  • Experience in change management and in project management (projects or sub- projects)
  • Experience in PCB design, and in RF/Spice simulations
  • Medical Device experience is a plus
  • Experience with various, parallel projects in an international and intercultural environment is plus
  • Very good self-organization; from planning to implementation
  • Independent, committed, and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong solution orientation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, good knowledge in French and / or German is a plus
