Our team of over 130 Xovisionaries, is the foundation of our great success.We seek a Chapter Lead Software Engineering with leadership experience in Agile environments who heads our group of cloud-native and embedded software engineers as a coach, technical mentor, servant leader, and line manager.Your Responsibilities Include
  • Running our Software Engineering Chapter, a group of ~25 people
  • Personal development of our software engineers according to their potentials and needs
  • Enhancing our DevOps maturity based on methodological and technical best practices
  • Promotion of an agile culture based on empowerment of teams and individuals
  • Resolution of conflicts and protection of team moral
  • Hosting of events like Tech Talks, Hackathons, and Meet-ups
  • Developing our brand as a leading software development shop in Switzerland
