As an integral member of Xovis’ Product Management team, you contribute significantly to the new and further development of Xovis products and are our expert for all topics of compliance and cybersecurity. We have a powerful and diverse portfolio of hardware (sensor) as well as software (cloud) solutions. Products are used globally. You understand requirements and anticipate trends through which you ensure our products are fully compliant in the markets we want to serve customers. You work closely with Product Owners and R&D colleagues to ensure the right topics find their way into our backlog.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Interface with teams to define the company’s Product Compliance and Cybersecurity roadmap, ensuring alignment throughout the organization; Ensure Business Continuity Management at Xovis by enabling Xovis’ product team is equipped to incorporate compliance principles and risk considerations into the product planning and development process
  • Ensure conformity of all product labeling associated with the product
  • Support the maintenance/update of Xovis Technical Dossiers and Technical Files according to applicable international regulations & standards
  • Assess the impact of (and act upon) manufacturing or design changes or non-conformities on Technical Dossiers and Technical Files
  • Interact with Regulatory Specialists to identify product classification and regulatory pathways for certifications
  • Manage product and process change control processes
  • Research and clarification of globally applicable requirements for market approval
  • Define and prioritize cyber readiness capabilities within Xovis’ products

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed studies in the technical field
  • Min. 3 years experience with product compliance in a hardware environment
  • Information Security experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to prioritize & attention to detail
  • Consistent track record of successful collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Experience influencing others without having direct management authority and motivating them to complete tasks within required timelines
  • Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with partners
