We are a dedicated and highly motivated international team with broad experience in Finance as well as in other key areas. Our working culture is based on flexibility and trust with flexible working models being part of our DNA.

Your field of responsibility

  • Contribute to the preparation of the Financial Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting in the Xovis AG headquarters.
  • Support the monthly financial closing process, prepare, and review key financial analytics for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Understand and analyze related trends (P&L, balance-sheet, Cash-flow and non-financials KPIs).
  • Take responsibility for subprojects in several fields such as: reporting automation, balanced scorecard design, rolling forecast implementation or CRM implementation.
  • Execution of ad hoc finance and reporting initiatives as & when required.
  • Support and develop a company wide reporting system using Business Intelligence.

Your qualification and skills

  • Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences.
  • A desire to seek challenges and are a supportive, adaptable team member who can build strong relationships.
  • The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and/or data model building (Excel).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Experience with BI Tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
