Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be part of the Hotel supply organisation (within E4B) and partner with stakeholders in Account Management and Strategy & Transformation. This is a highly strategic role with exposure to senior stakeholders, supporting on high priority projects for the Hotel supply organisation including Partner economics, Marketplace design and the New business model (EC+).

What You’ll Do

• Act as commercial finance partner on the below workstreams
• Partner economics- redesigning the future contracting strategy for hotel suppliers, assessing options on commercial structure and competitiveness goals
• Marketplace design- reshaping the marketplace to incentivize partners to improve supply through initiatives such as new partner program, supply score and sort logic
• New business model- address tax and legal risks through evolving our business model
• Acquisition- improving supply coverage through proactive and reactive channels
• Develop robust financial models and business cases to support, challenge and enable decision making on the above workstreams
• Actively contribute; own and present financial assessment and be proactive in offering ideas and opinions to help shape strategy, balancing data insight and business judgement
• Set project KPIs and track progress
• Collaborate with teams across EG to co-lead projects through to completion
• Provide ad hoc support as needed within the Hotel supply finance team
  

Who You Are

• Hold a Bachelors degree; or equivalent experience
• 6+ years experience in a similar finance or analytical role
• Proactive, determined and driven to help build momentum and drive projects forward
• Comfortable to lead in meetings, vocalizing thoughts and representing finance in cross functional calls
• Passion and willingness to contribute, share ideas and drive improvement
• Well organized and efficient with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently within demanding deadlines
• Strong technical skills- particularly Excel, SQL and Qubole would also be beneficial
