iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Financial Accounting - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/08/2022

The Financial Accounting VIE will work in the Account to Report team in Vernier and in collaboration with the Swiss Finance manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the monthly closing including data preparation and reporting
  • Prepare balance sheet reviews / reconciliations and aid in the continued implementation of internal controls
  • Prepare statement of accounts
  • Contribute to optimize our reporting, processes, and analyses
  • Cash management
  • Interco invoicing
  • As part of a small team, you will collaborate closely with Financial Services Manager on various projects
  • Work together with many different stakeholders, provide advices and explanations

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) & Swiss Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Significant experience with SAP is a must
  • Fluent in French & English, German is a plus
  • Autonomous, client-oriented, flexible and a good team spirit
