You will play a key role in the EMEA Business Finance team and you will also be interacting regularly with EMEA leadership team.The key responsibilities for this role include supporting monthly and quarterly reporting, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and developing ad hoc financial analyses.About The Role
  • Support regional FP&A activities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, core financial analysis and other activities as needed
  • Support the achievement of the sub region’s quarterly and annual financial objectives for earnings and working capital
  • Support a continuous improvement mindset for each of the Finance process areas
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics to Finance and regional leadership
  • Provide support for special projects in the region requiring finance participation
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives and optimization in the EMEA region.
  • Cost controlling within R&D supply Chain, HR, Legal etcetera
About YouYou have a degree in Economics/Finance or related field and 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a related industry. The preferred candidate is also recognized by:
  • Advanced understanding of financial modeling techniques in an Excel based environment
  • Strong understanding of financial and managerial accounting concepts
  • Experience in reporting and analyzing financial information in a complex global financial information systems environment (SAP preferred, but not required)
  • Team oriented, analytical and possesses strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
