Proclinical are recruiting a Global Asset Technical Assessment Lead for Infrastructure & Utilities for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis.Responsibilities- Responsible for the assessment teams, who are composed of external providers and the clients internal profiles at various stages of the whole process such as inventory, assessment and deep dive, remediation plan, etc.
- You will carry out the audits and recognise major gaps.
- Guide risk analysis meeting wheel such as tiers, communications, etc.
- Assist with the internal process of recognition, review and escalation of the client’s risks.
- Recognise the crucial risks, and guide the various teams to take the immediate and conservatory activities, such as safety of people, asset, etc.
- The ideal candidate will consolidate/resume the conclusion of the assessment in a final report, such as one/two page(s).
- Accountable for reporting the progression of the program and gap examinations such as KPI, progress, success, problems, risks, etc.
- Evaluate the process of assessment after each gate by improving/adapting constantly the way of working.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- At least 8 years of experience in a mid or senior role.
- At least 5 years of experience in a project management role.
- Familiarity working within a chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech organisation.
- Past involvement with people management either externally or internally as well as shareholders influence.
- Fluency in the French/English language(s).
- Knowledge in building/infrastructure, and/or utilities would be ideal.
- Know-how of cGMP and HSE standards.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to prioritise workload as well as be self-driven.
- Works well independently within a matrix setting.
- Capable of taking the initiative as well as be flexible and open to change.
- Able to influence people as well as resolve issues.
- Knowledge of the basics in people management, which involves change, decisions, conflicts, coaching, leading, etc.
- A customer-oriented individual.
