We are looking for a Launch Manager to join our high performing team in Muttenz, Switzerland

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Take the overall responsibility for products’ launches execution
• Serves as a sparring partner during the products’ development stage gate process with sharing market insights
• Secure a good transition from business development to launch management when the test marketing phase is concluded
• Produce technical marketing sales presentations, which include sales force training and customer visits
• Secure regional launch targets adherence and monitors actively any deviation
• Manage global advertising and promotional campaigns and liaise with global, regional and communication teams to meet the demand of marketing and promotional strategies
• Be accountable for monitoring of business deployment, analysis of the launch’s performance and competitor intelligence with inputs from local markets. Raise any risks/opportunities that may impact the launch strategy
• Understand media landscape; integrating latest digital online and offline media platform to support marketing strategy and evaluate campaign effectively
  

Anforderungen

• University Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, ideally with a master’s degree in marketing or Business Administration
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Marketing, Product Management, or innovation in a similar industry
• Hands-on attitude supported by strong self-management, a continuous improvement mentality, and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German and other European languages would be an advantage)
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in SAP Business Warehouse is a plus
• Experience in CRM Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
