Proclinical are recruiting a Global Marketing Manager for a medical technology and device organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Basel. The client is focused on manufacturing dental products for the clients.

Responsibilities

• You will recognise and alleviate possible hazards in larger roll-out, data migration and implantation plans.
• Form and handle virtual bid teams and contributions from numerous shareholders, typically including inputs from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Facilitate teams to consistently track software/IT projects and offer regular documents on project status, scope and timetable to project team and crucial shareholders.
• To timetable crucial project milestones, workstreams and actions and handle the delivery of the project rendering to the plan, you will direct and consult regions and country software sales in planning details project plans.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a pertinent area of work or an amalgamation of work experience and education.
• Acquaintance with technical, cloud-based software needs and security ideas for medical or dental organisations.
• Familiarity with practice operations, workflow management, and data-based business intelligence.
• Capable of handling multifaceted IT/software solutions in a dental or medical organisation.
• Prior involvement in an IT project management role, preferably with a project management certification.
• Comprehension of commercialisation and risk management capabilities along with the execution ability of governance procedures.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing to a varied audience.
• Former involvement in networking with cross-functional teams and shareholders.
• Computer literacy in JIRA, Zendesk, and acquaintance with agile tactics and DevOps is beneficial.
• Past involvement in operating within a matrix establishment and in an international set up.
• Client oriented with client service abilities.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in another language.
• A dynamic individual who is straightforward and performance driven.
• Commercial and implementation skills with an entrepreneurial outlook.
• Able to offer high quality visual presentations of accomplished outcomes.
• A resilient individual with social and deliberation skills.
• A high level of integrity and commitment with the ability to think analytically.
• You are comfortable operating within an energetic and international business setting.
• Willing to travel for business needs up to 30% of the time.
