Job Description

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

  • Support both the transformation of the Global Mobility function in line with our Strategy and Vision and the ongoing evolution of the function
  • Deliver an exceptional employee/stakeholder experience
  • Support the regional lead, and be a SME in your own right, on all things Global Mobility touching (tax, immigration, relo etc) for the locations under your remit
  • Be a key point of contact for the Businesses headquartered in the area (GMS/GQ and EUCAN), providing advisory support to the key stakeholders on Global Mobility matters

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the stakeholders in your region to understand the global mobility processes and guide them on resolution to issues they encounter
  • Pro-actively contribute to and support the succesful implementation of global initiatives in your region
  • Own case management for expat moves TET-3 and below and support the Strategy Lead in case management for senior moves (TET/TET-1/TET-2)
  • Partner with vendors to ensure maximising the relationships and support vendor management activity
  • Build and maintain key relationships internally and externally
  • Help grow the Global Mobility brand
  • Data integrity accountability for Global Mobility owned / touching data points
  • Help ensure compliance across the full Global Mobility spectrum

  • Good global mobility knowledge across tax, immigration, relocation and international benefits
  • Ability to develop these skills across the markets under their geographical remit

  • Be across and stay ahead of internal and external developments and share your knowledge with the broader team
  • Collaborate with your peers to deliver an integrated mobility team to our stakeholders
