Job Description:

As "Global Product Manager All-on-4" you will be responsible to develop new growth initiatives for our All-on-4 treatment concept including certification concept, T&E content and mentorship programs.

• Define competitive advantage of existing treatment concept and provide input how to further improve and differentiate based on VOC/VOS. Identify and quantify (business plan) gaps and opportunities and translate into product roadmap.
• Build up and nurture global community of All-on-4 centers.
• Establish a standardized process for customer acquisition including T&E content and concepts.
• Analysis of sales numbers to ensure predefined targets/KPI’s are met. Drive corrective actions when applicable

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Solid education within medical technology, product management, marketing or business administration.
• 10+ years experience in the medical device industry. Experience from the dental field is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills and experience to work cross-functionally and in multi-cultural teams (matrix organizations)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and oral) skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and international environment
• Demonstrated high degree of initiative
• High degree of curiosity, creativity and intuition
• Strong, convincing, trustworthy and highly ethical person
• Able to effectively communicate with health care providers
• Willingness to travel (10 - 20%)
• Fluent in spoken and written English, additional languages are an asset
