As Global Product Owner you will be responsible on defining and leading the digital product development vision, creating great Digital CX throughout the whole customer journey (UX, UI, design as well as Digital product capabilities and functions across all assets and devices).

Define the best UI and design for our client, translating the essence of the brands DNA while maintaining great UX and maximize conversion.

The role will be executed working with internal development teams as well as and external design/development partners.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Define and lead how the global ecommerce sites and digital assets must be, from functional capabilities to customer navigation for each device.
  • Define the best UI and design for the brands, translating the essence of the brands DNA while maintaining great UX and maximize conversion.
  • Adopt and lead an agile methodologies to improve the digital assets on an ongoing basis in order to make sure that the User experience gets better every day.
  • Coordinate the roadmap definition, prioritization, and planning for web or mobile web as well as apps in the future
  • Translating concepts into clear Business requirements
  • Work as an internal aggregator of local request from the countries and create with it the right product development plan to optimize the product maximizing ROI.
  • Managing directly strategic eCommerce projects
  • Lead the UX/UI methodology in place and the guardian of UX consistency worldwide
  • Provide new experiences and solving customer pain points to increase online penetration and sales
  • Work with the Global Digital Data Manager to analyse the ongoing performance and KPI’s for each part of the journey in order to identify how to improve the product.
  • Measure and understand key friction points in the online customer journey (using analytics, user testing, and observation)
  • Define solutions and optimization to lift these barriers
  • Measure the efficiency and ROI of these enhancements with internal and external partners.
  • Support the Global eCommerce Strategy with their Digital Product strategy
  • Internal owner on the existing product features, associated guidelines
  • Support the company Digital sales channels in their evolution


PROFILE:

  • Meaningful experience within Retail – Fashion or Sport Brand Digital Product development, ideally with SFCC (salesforce commerce cloud) platform, with deep understanding of Digital product development and architecture.
