Proclinical are recruiting a Global Project Manager for a biotech corporation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Zug. The client is focused on offering life-changing remedies for various serious illnesses.

Responsibilities

• You will manage project meetings such as setting timetable, enabling meetings, editing and delivering minutes, following up on activity items, etc.
• Facilitate and assist with project risk management.
• Guide and handle the planning for project innovative evaluations.
• Produce and preserve combined project, resource and budget plans.
• Guarantee the usage of project and portfolio management procedures and templates.
• Organise the dependencies, deadlines and budgets for all projects and operations in a field or project.
• The ideal candidate will offer an associated and mutual communication structure.
• Handle sharing knowledge between project teams to advance project efficiency.
• Provide counsel on best practices and Project Management philosophies.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Educated to a degree level in a life science discipline such as biology, medicine or chemical, or an engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience within a project management position in a regulated setting, healthcare or biotech organisation.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and know-how of Project Management tools such as Trello, Miro, Smartsheet, etc.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German.
• Familiarity with shareholder management in a matrix establishment within an international setting.
• Communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to lead, handle conflict, work well in a team environment, inspire, think critically and resolve issues.
• Acquaintance with handling budgets, organising projects, handling risk factors and cross-functional project tasks.
• Able to think analytically in a structured working manner, as well as the ability to prioritise, prepare and handle various tasks simultaneously with a sense of earnestness.
• A self-motivated individual who is confident in making verdicts.
• Possess an enticing and persuading personality for team forming.
