Proclinical are recruiting a Global Technical Assessment Lead (Equipment) for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Bulle.Responsibilities- Supervise examination teams, consisting of both external providers and internal profiles, during the various stages of the examination procedure.
- Assist with internal procedures linked to risk recognition, review and mitigation.
- Cooperate with multiple shareholders to plan and implement technical assessments.
- You will summarise and combine examination conclusions to a final report, using multiple formats.
- Offer routine updates on the progression of the technical examination project, reporting KPIs, success metrics, challenges and risks.
- Gather equipment-connected standards information, for example: obsolescence, lifetime, and remuneration periods.
- Uphold profile files, which involves offers, technical specifications, analysis, technical and HSE documentation, risk analyses, and action plans.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
- Educated to an advanced degree level in a pertinent discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in a mid - senior level role in project management with at least 3 years of experience in technical roles such as Maintenance, Reliability, Technical Project, SME, etc.
- Familiarity in pertinent industries.
- Acquaintance within people management both internally and externally as well as shareholder influence.
- Fluency in the pertinent languages with knowledge in English.
- Knowledge of the pertinent field.
- Prior involvement with pertinent standards.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to synthesise multifaceted technical subjects for non-expert audiences.
- Capable of prioritising workload with the ability to work well independently within a matrix setting.
- A self-driven individual with the ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- Ability to adapt to change and flexible with approach to work.
- Competent in influencing others and resolving issues.
- Knowledge in people management, including change management, decision-making, conflict resolution, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
- A customer focused individual.
