For our Direct-to-Customer Department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for aHEAD OF DIGITAL AND

TEAM PERFORMANCE TRAINING (M/F/X – 100%)

Reporting directly to IWC’s Global Direct-to-Customer Director, the Head of Digital and Team Performance Training is responsible for all digital and physical training and coaching aspects of our DTC landscape. Managing a team of six direct reports and frequently travelling to IWC markets globally, he/she will take responsibility for enabling the company’s frontline staff to achieve their challenging targets with regards to both sales and customer experience. Creating and implementing the global DTC training strategy as well as managing large-scale global projects such as Selling Ceremony and customer experience evaluation, this role offers frequent touch points with high-level stakeholders across all departments and markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development and creation of global DTC training strategy
  • Management of team’s global performance coaching efforts to enable sell-out achievement through stellar customer experience at POS level
  • Close collaboration with DTC Sales Department with regards to KPI analysis and creation of respective actions
  • Frequent travel to local markets to manage action plan implementation
  • Coaching of local DTC and POS management with regards to KPI management, sales target achievement, relationship building, CRM and customer experience
  • Further development and global roll-out of IWC’s Selling Ceremony training
  • Management and further development of global customer experience evaluation program
  • Management and further development of IWC’s internal learning app with global user base
  • Creation and implementation of digital training strategy on a global level

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Extensive experience in physical Retail (experience in call centres would be a plus) in a management role
  • Open personality with great communication skills that likes to connect with people
  • Exceptional public speaking skills
  • Confident in presenting to and interacting with top management
  • Verbal/written proficiency in English, German is a Plus
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • The Job is located at IWC headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland
