Main duties

The Head of Global Marketing will be end-to-end responsible for the marketing function.
  • Drives the company-wide brand and marketing strategy and development in alignment with CCO, CEO and Chairman
  • Leadership of the global and local marketing teams and close cooperation with the country Market- and Sales Leaders
  • Develops and executes marketing activities to drive sales, sales performance and leads, including digital marketing
  • Drives the brand and marketing side of our market solutions and concepts and works in close cooperation with our strategic partners
  • Sets clear targets for global campaigns and measures and communicates the success



Professional competence

University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or significant work experience in the field of marketing

Profile

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and social skills
  • English is a must; additional languages are of advantage.
  • Doer, hands on
  • Ability to persevere in the face of challenges, and exhibit a steadfast resolve and relentless commitment to higher standards
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations.
  • Builds relationships, trusts and influence
  • Must have cultural awareness and professional maturity to effectively work across markets - both mature and emerging
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience in marketing and brand management, ideally across BUs with different dynamics.
  • Experience leading diverse teams in different countries
