Head of Product Marketing

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will define the strategic product plans in line with our global strategy, ensuring it is implemented by our product managers. Ensuring our products stand out above the competition, you will monitor KPIs (quality, cost, time, price/value), and prepare strategic presentations for Richemont Group, Strategic Product Committee, internal meetings/trainings, and external events (Watches & Wonders). Hold ownership of product marketing information, oversee the budget and drive collaboration with the HQ and all key departments to make the best impact. You will report to our Product Marketing Director.

Take the value of the Maison strategy to new levels by analysing and identifying key growth opportunities, monitoring product sales performance at the geographical distribution level, and ensure the evolution (and implementation) of analysis and planning tools. You believe that strong analytics support success, so you are involved in regular reporting to improve product performance, sales forecasting, and close collaboration with Sales and Supply teams.

You will ensure a smooth design and product development journey from prototype to first production piece, and to commercial launches. Strong partnership with subsidiaries, sales, retail, communication, and training teams will be crucial. Your leadership will inspire collaboration overall and elevate your multidisciplinary team to reach new heights of success.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You believe in paving your way to success with your people focus and innovative approach. You are a true expert in Product Marketing (ideally with a Master’s or MBA in Marketing) and have acquired considerable experience in product strategy. Understanding the refined industry of watchmaking, you also have a fresh view to truly craft the future of luxury through ensuring our products push the boundaries. Your communications skills in English and French are at a very high level, and you invest extra effort in ensuring your leadership style inspires people to reach new heights.
