We are looking for a Head Total Rewards and Business Partner. In this role you will be an innovator who can evolve Molecular Partners (MP) global total rewards strategy to achieve global business growth as well as partner with the business providing both strategic expertise and operational execution support. You will ensure that meet MP’s business needs today and in the future are met.

This challenging and diverse position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support and coach the business leaders concerning the full employee life-cycle, with a focus on recruiting, compensation as well as development and performance topics across the organization;
  • Provide subject matter expertise on organizational effectiveness and change management; partnering with leaders to ensure that actions and plans are aligned with the desired company culture and goals;
  • Evolve competencies, job families, and career progression frameworks in alignment with MP’s performance and development practices and programs;
  • Leverage one’s knowledge and deep understanding of the current markets and employees’ evolving expectations, to identify enhancements to MP’s global total rewards and benefits strategy and resulting programs aligned with industry best practices and regional specifics;
  • Responsible for the planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of compensation, equity and benefits programs and corresponding policies on a global scale to support the company’s growing business and attracts and retains a highly diverse and skilled workforce;
  • Partner closely with the Head of Human Resources, senior leadership and external compensation consultants to discuss new strategies and support key total rewards decisions using a data driven approach and leveraging the cultural lens to optimize MP relevance;
  • Provide insights and thought leadership to streamline, standardize, and enhance processes;
  • Drive automation and digitalization of HR processes.

For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated individual bringing along:

  • BA/BS or similar education, MBA preferred;
  • 12+ years of total rewards experience and/or HR Business Partnering in pharma/biotech with at least 5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards design and 3 in Ops/Systems;
  • Experience with Compensations and Benefits in Europe is a must and USA experience is a plus;
  • Proven background in coaching and partnering with senior leadership to ensure employee programs align with the culture and strategic goals of the company and support a high-performance environment;
  • Experience with a distributed, global workforce and exposure to best-in-class HR from other public companies of similar size and stage of transformation in order to be able to lead change initiatives at various organizational levels;
  • Excellent track record in developing and leading overall compensation programs and practices;
  • High level of integrity and service-orientation combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization;
  • Proficiency in English, every further European language is an asset.
