Are you looking for an opportunity to join People Team of a multinational company globally recognized for equality, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, work-life balance?Are you a fast learner eager to gain knowledge in HR processes and collaborate with global teams?We are looking for a HR Assistant to join us in Zug -please note this role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.About The RoleIn this role as a HR Assistant you will:
  • Provide administrative support to employees and local HR team to help deliver excellent service to employees
  • Assist HR, managers and employees with enquiries related to HR Systems
  • Ensure a consistent approach to HR activities and initiatives within regional and global policies/legal requirements, whilst adhering to local statutory requirements and legislation.
  • Own the new hire and leaver processes (producing paperwork for new hires/leavers, sending new starter paperwork, and requesting documentation, prepare personal data files, manage AHV card applications, processing childcare allowances, de-registrations etc.)
  • Compile and submit monthly payroll file to central payroll team
  • Ensure all local employee data is maintained accurately on the HR team databases, in particular the employee database and movement spreadsheets
  • Participate in regional or global projects as required
  • Support the Regional HR Lead, Switzerland, France, Benelux & Nordics as required
About YouYou are fit for the role of a HR assistant if you have:
  • Experience within an administration role ideally in a global or regional matrix organization
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in teams
  • Experience dealing with sensitive information with the ability to work in a confidential manner
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail and precise working style
  • Can do attitude with a focus on superb service delivery and solution oriented
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Fluent spoken and written English, German language skills is a plus
