My Tasks

Act as a partner for a designated local client group (managers and employees) with operational responsibility for daily business and annual HR processes (Performance, Talent, Feedback, etc)
Handle a significant amount of recruiting, including building talent pipelines and proactive engagement with candidates
Provide direction and guidance as to company policy, guideline interpretation and execution of HR related procedures and decisions
Close collaboration with other HR Specialist teams on administrative and project related matters
Contribution to People projects and -events, both locally as well as in a wider context (Switzerland, International)

My Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or advanced vocational studies (Personalfachmann /-frau), combined with 3-5 years of work experience as either a HR Business Partner, or in a Generalist or Specialist HR function. Swiss HR knowledge a requirement
Significant experience in hands-on recruiting for technical or commercial specialist profiles required, preferably gained in an international industrial environment
Fluency in English and German language skills (w/s). Working level of French a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Can-do attitude, proactive mindset and ability to challenge the status quo as well as to cope with ambiguity and change
Self-reliant and collaborative, willing to be coached and able to coach others
Flexibility to travel to other Sulzer locations (Winterthur) on a semi-regular basis required
