MISSION


You will support the HR team for a 1 year internship in building data analytics dashboards on various HR topics which include rewards, talent, recruitment, cost of employees, etc..


MAIN TASKS


Analytics & Controlling

  • Participate to the customization of SAC Dashboards with relevant statistics and key indicators
  • Participate to the creation of Power BI Dashboards for monthly follow-up

Compensation / Talent

  • Participate to the development of the reporting on compensation and talent
  • Support the HR team with the annual Talent & Compensation review process

Benefits

  • Work with the HR team with the aim of supporting the Compensation and Benefits projects for the organization

Masterdata

  • Participate to the implementation of data quality reporting check for monthly follow-up and internal process when required

PROFILE


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance (HES, HEG, HEC or equivalent)
  • Comfortable with data analytics tool, it is something you really enjoy daily!
  • Rigourous and analytical skills are part of your nature
  • You have an interest for HR
  • French and English fluent, German a plus
  • Good listener, curiousand collaborative attitude
  • You are available for a 1 year internship with starting date 01.07.2023
