About the Role:


Be the lead for the Business Unit/Group Functions in relation to data, analytics, and process co-ordination. The role works alongside other HR and Business DOOs, Coordinators and Business Managers to ensure alignment of activity. Deliver suitable solutions and continuous improvement of HR processes and products with specific reference to data. Additionally, this role will work across the HR Specialist functions, and HR Strategic Pillars to be the central point of contact across operational activity. The role will also take an active role in supporting the implementation of key projects.


  • Create insights and synthesize data and information to enhance understanding of the business and performance relating to key KPI measures
  • Produce presentations that provide insights and analysis to support the business as they make decisions
  • Provide insights / presentations to the respective governance bodies, committees and BU management
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery and timeline of HR core processes (Cont. performance management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Annual Compensation review, employee engagement survey’s).
  • Provide human capital analytics and metrics creating insightful information to measure progress against KPI’s
  • Produce executive, management, standard and ad hoc reports, and other necessary deliverables, utilizing the central HR reporting tools e.g., the Workforce Dashboard, whilst pro-actively creating reporting solutions for specific business needs.
  • Co-ordinate with topic experts & ensure follow-up activity/requirements are documented and cascaded appropriately

About You:


Key skills and knowledge

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to review data and produce critical analysis and insights including understanding basic statistics
  • Excellent communication skills: strong with both verbal and written presentations with experience of creating story telling through executive analysis/reporting information
  • Exceptional computer skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Office with the ability to apply basics of strategic workforce planning
  • Able to prioritize and work in a structured and organized way
  • "Hands on" HR professional with knowledge of HR management processes in a global business environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong interpersonal skills, true teammate who can roll their sleeves up and support with required deliverables
  • Enthusiastic individual with a client orientated approach that seeks to understand issues/concerns and create solutions to improve ways of working
