Pour l’un de nos clients, une organisation internationale basée sur Lausanne, nous recrutons dans le cadre d’un remplacement à durée déterminé, un(e) HR Officer (f/h/x).MissionsRecruitment:
  • Responsible for the entire process of new hires & coordination of on-boarding,
  • Reviewing applications, managing interviews Handling contracts forms,
Administration:
  • Managing daily administration tasks (onboarding, offboarding, employees’ requests etc…),
  • Handling and updating employees’ files,
  • Managing employees time and absences as per internal policies and rules,
  • Handling all inputting to social insurances and pension schemes,
  • Preparing of work certificates,
  • Coordinating Work Permits,
  • Coordinating payroll with our outsourced partner.
  • Drafting and implementing new procedures and HR projects.
Office Management:
  • Managing and leading a team of 2 Receptionists and Office Administration Assistants,
  • Supervising the general maintenance of the building,
  • Supervising the well covering of the reception and front desk when needed,
  • Checking and approving budget and invoices related to the building maintenance.
Profil du candidat
  • Proven 5 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Certificate and/or Brevet Fédéral in HR,
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures,
  • Good IT skills, service oriented, team player & flexible
  • Native French and fluent in English (written and spoken),
  • Strong project management and organisation skills,
  • Positive, multi-cultural spirit, impeccable discretion and trustworthiness.
