HR Program Administrator

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Program Administrator to support the delivery and implementation of Division HR programs and projects aligned with division People Priorities initiatives and direction. You will Support division HR in driving, facilitating and administrating priorities initiatives which includes division talent and learning program, employee’s engagement, people analytics, HR Operations/administrations, and employee’s’ wellbeing program with speed and efficiency. You will build connections and relationships with colleagues supporting the delivery of these programs, ensuring best-in class employees’ experiences. This role will report to the Global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for IEC Low Voltage Motor Division *** The ideal candidate will be based in one of these countries: Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, or Taiwan ***

Your responsibilities

  • Full accountability in administrating divisional learning and development program which includes talent development programs, people capability academy, High Performing Leadership Program and any programs/ initiatives assigned from time to time
  • Drive enhancement and promotion of divisional learning and development solutions i.e., learning portal and talent development tools
  • Work closely with Program Managers in administrating and facilitating learning and development programs and learning platforms and Liase with Information System/project team/other stakeholders on the administration of training dashboard and platform
  • Contact person for employees and managers on Learning and Development programs and dashboard
  • Contribute to plan and develop a continuous learning culture and assist local HRBPs to inculcate such culture locally
  • Define jointly with division HRBPs and develop together with People Analytic team on People Analysis Dashboard which provide predictive and informative data to meet business requirement.
  • Provide support on HR operations/administration tasks as per assigned with speed and accuracy.
  • Drive change management for new program/solution with high efficiency

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Learning and Development or Talent prior experience, preferably within a global organization
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Microsoft) will be a strong asset
  • Preferred Skills Include: Change management, facilitation skills, stakeholder management, communication skills to communicate orally or per writing
  • Capacity to influence and communicate in a matrix environment and at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of different scope and scale simultaneously.
  • Collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English language skills
