HR Specialist

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Cham is looking to recruit an HR Specialist.

This position will report to the HR Director.

The Role

• Administer HRIS system
• Assist in administering (pensions funds, work permits, contracts, insurance), payroll, and employee performance programs
• Ensure legal compliance of HR state and regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies, procedures, and job descriptions as required
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Conduct employee onboarding/offboarding and organize learning & development initiatives
• Promote Corporate HR programs and ERGs
• Undertake tasks around performance management and talent review
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

The candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
• Fluent in English and German (both written and verbal), French is a plus
• Proven experience working in an HR department (5 years)
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Switzerland
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
