Job Title: Regional Supply Chain Director

Location: Cham, Switzerland

Position Summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is looking for a Regional Director, SupplyChainin CHAM, Switzerland. Responsible as a member of the regional leadership team , to support growth, profitability, and cash flow for the business; developing strategic and tactical supplychainplans to maximize efficiency of the organization. This position reports to the Vice President SoftgelOperationsEU and APAC. The position will have dotted line reports of SupplyChainDirectors in EU, and will be expected to work in concert with the General Managers of EU Sites, CHAM included. The position will be responsible for the CHAM office supplychain, including the customer service function. The position will focus on the End to End Management of the supplychainincluding: short and long term planning, sourcing of raw materials, supplychaincollaboration and optimization across the make function, and customer service. The position focuses on on building relationships across the sites, integrating the CHAM office into the supplychain, and using metric driven processes to improve communications to both internal and external customers.

The Role

• Provide overall direction and leadership for supply chain team to share best practices, improve and institute S&OP process.

• Lead S&OP processes for the product groups, including meeting cadence, KPI review, long term plan, customer forecasting, capacity analysis, and life cycle management of products.

• Establish KPIs, both leading and lagging indicators, to measure the progress of the business and highlight risks in the supply chain. Once established, it is expected that the metrics will be utilized to improve business decisions and highlight risks and opportunities to improve performance across the network.

• Manage inventory for the supply chains, including influencing site Supply Chain Directors to improve inventory position to meet the target.

• Excellence in customer service from the CHAM office including invoicing processes and accuracy, forecasting and analyzing customer demand, for customer satisfaction.

• Champion and foster involvement by all levels of the organization of the implementation and maintenance of “Best

• Practice” processes, enhance teamwork, accountability and drive a sense of urgency throughout entire area.

• Drive excellence in customer relationships, communication of supply, management of invoicing, collaborating for process improvements and execution of business plans.

• Manage logistics, including imports and exports, and promote overall regional improvements.

The Candidate

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field with APICs or CPM certification.

• More than 10 years of progressive managerial experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Operations.

• Must possess and demonstrate strong motivational and leadership qualities...

• Operational Excellence competence, (Green Belt or Black Belt Certification a plus)

• Possess and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Possess excellent proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
