Job Description

We are looking for a new team member in our HR team in Switzerland. You will work with the Global HR lead and support her in HR Operations matters to help our company grow.

What you’ll do
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and driving the entire administrative HR life cycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding
  • Responsible for handling all HR Administration matters related to the pension fund, long-term sickness and accident insurance, family allowances, reference letters, and work certificates.
  • Responsible for payroll processing in cooperation with our external partners
  • Managing the recruitment process for open positions
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in our HR System
  • Responsible for quarterly and yearly HR budget reporting
  • Organizing work permits and visas for Switzerland
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Participating in HR-related projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development
  • Staying up-to-date with Swiss labour laws and ensuring HR practices align with legal requirements
  • Assisting in maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment
  • Deputy of Global HR Lead and Office Admin
What you bring
  • Federal diploma in HR or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security topics and employment principles
  • 2+ years of working in administration and human resources, ideally in an international environment
  • Excellent command of both English and German
