Description:

This role provides strategic HR Manager support for the Global Construction and Infrastructure (GCI) division, a global marketing organization with employees located around the globe. As a strategic business partner, the HR Manager counsels leaders in multiple employee relations areas including recruiting, strategic workforce planning, talent management, issues resolution, and cultural engagement. The successful candidate will be highly accountable, a strong executor, and bring a high degree of customer focus and HR acumen to the role. GCI is an exciting division with a heightened focus on culture, people development and leadership capability building. The HR Manager role is at the heart of the strategy. Previous HR experience is required along with proven ability to advise the business on complex people issues. The ideal candidate will possess a data driven, solutions-oriented skillset with experience managing issues without clear solutions. Workday knowledge and capability are highly desired as is experience in providing global HR support.

Basic Requirements:

  • 4-year college or university degree with many years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.

Top Candidate Will Also Have:

  • Ability to consider both traditional and non-traditional approaches to human resource management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
  • Extensive background in the following human resources areas is typically required: employee benefits, compensation, employment practices, employee development, and training with a working knowledge of operations

Additional Details:

  • Location: Geneva, Switzerland
  • 25% of travel is expected
