Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:

Industry | HR Investigations Specialist | Remote | Temp. 6 months | 100% | Immediately | CHF 120’000+

Responsibilities:

• Prepare interview questions, conduct research and analysis, and conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, victims, and subjects
• Guide and supervise investigations undertaken by investigators in the EMENA region
• Collect and conduct forensic analysis of data, as well as review transaction analysis
• Analyze accountability and root causes of failures/errors
• Manage investigations in regard to discrimination, harassment, anti-trust, conflict of interest, abuse of NDAs and any other HR related matters

Experience:

• Fluency in English
• University degree (preferably in law)
• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Prior exposure to investigative work in a corporate environment
• At least 5 years of PQE in HR, Labour and Employment (L&E) matters
