Industry | Legal Counsel | Geneva | Perm. | 100% | Imm. | CHF 120’000+

Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise and negotiate commercial contracts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of the industry
• Support with corporate governance and company secretarial matters
• Provide legal advice in commercial, corporate, transport- and shipping law
• Assist and support in the management of various project from the legal side

Experience:

• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• At least 1-year PQE within industry or within a law firm
• Professional fluency in English, Italian and / or French are an asset
• Completed legal degree incl. bar admission in a European Country
• Demonstrated experience construction matters as well as project financing
