Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany. For our latest mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

Insurance | Legal Counsel | Zurich | 3 months+ | 100% | Nov. 2023 | CHF 130’000+

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in various asset classes to ensure proficient handling
• Collaborate with different business units and negotiate with third parties
• Ensure alignment with the company’s investment strategies and objectives
• Manage contracts and legal documentation related to various asset classes
• Support the Investment Division and contribute to investment decisions and strategies

Experience:

• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Completed legal degree, bar admission is an asset
• Professional fluency in English, German is an advantage
• Proven investment management experience and/or investment banking experience
• At least5 PQE within a law firm or as counsel within insurance or asset management
