HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

SET UP RELEVANT ANALYSIS FRAMEWORK (30%)

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Performance Dept and our E-com Analysts to leverage and tailor existing sales reporting tools (mainly SAC and GA) to our specific E-merch needs
  • Create business analysis routines to provide regular and actional insights
  • Set up e-merchandising commercial guidance for our team and local e-com teams to ease commercial decisions

GENERATE AND OPTIMISE SALES OPPORTUNITIES (40%)

  • Work hand in hand with the E-merch project manager to create optimal seasonal product selections that are in line with the Maison’s priorities and which improve conversion
  • Collaborate with the Supply Department to tackle assortment pain points
  • Pro-actively generate guidance and support across over 13 local E-com peers
  • Establish best practice and actionable insights to improve conversion
  • Post event analysis, gather lessons learned, share and look for continuous improvements

GLOBAL USER JOURNEY OPTIMISATION (30%)

  • Gather and analyze e-commerce client’s inputs and act on feedback. This must be done from the moment the client arrives on our websites (on site experience) and the moment the client opens his e-commerce parcel (post purchase experience)
  • Participate in various transversal UX projects developments and roll outs


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Master’s degree with min 7 years’ experience in a similar position, in an international environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and capacity to build analysis from scratch
  • Expert in using Excel, Google Analytics and visualization tools such as Power Bi, SAC or Tableau
  • Capacity to work transversally in a complex and moving eco-system
  • Customer focus, digital appetence, UX driven
  • Knowledge of the luxury environment is a plus
  • Strong command of English and French, both spoken and written.
