Within the International Commercial Department, as a VIE “International Commercial Coordinator” your main mission will be to support the Commercial Performance and development department on diverse transversal strategic Retail projects. In all your missions you will report to the Regional Coordination Manager.

The length of the VIE assignment is 18 months and ideally starts in October / November 2021.

This position is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

What your main missions will be:


1) Organize and coordinate the Retail Summit, the annual seminar for Cartier Retail teams across the world (4 full days)

  • Definition of the format (Digital + Meetings in face to face TBC)
  • Definition and follow-up of the Markets and HQ attendance list
  • Coordination of the Content (definition of the subjects, interaction with all related stakeholders, etc…)
  • Animation and main point of contact during the event
  • Post Event Results and recommendation for future improvement

2) Organize and coordinate the Retail Induction Program, a yearly program of on boarding for new joiners in the Cartier Retail teams across the world

  • Definition of the format and venue (2 days in Geneva - TBC)
  • Definition of attendees list with Markets / Speakers with HQ
  • Construction of the Agenda and coordination of the Content
  • Animation and main point of contact during the event
  • Post Event Results and recommendation for future improvement

3) Support the Commercial Performance and Development team in other transversal topics depending on priorities:

  • ad hoc project management based on the team needs
  • power point presentation for meetings
  • diverse business analyses

Who you are:


  • University Degree in Business administration, economics or equivalent
  • A first professional experience in a similar role is considered an asset
  • Strong Commercial/Business orientation
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach
  • Good analytical skills
  • Master the MS Office Package (Excel and Power Point in particular)
  • Power BI, SAP and Declar efficiency is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Team player
