To support our CRM team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a:

Intern CRM

(M/F/X - 100%)

The primary focus of this six-month internship will be to coordinate the creation of CRM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key to a successful internship is to improve the KPI of our CRM activations as well as take on and support CRM projects.

End: 30.09.2022

Your Responsibilities

  • Campaign management of worldwide CRM activations (e-mail, SMS or else):
  • Coordinate with various HQ departments for asset creation
  • Manage HQ and markets’ requests and keep planning up to date
  • Support markets in defining strategic target audiences for marketing activations
  • Follow-up on the proofing process and guarantee validations
  • Provide analysis on campaign results through analytic tools and prepare a monthly reporting
  • Follow-up on database management requests
  • Manage public mailbox responses
  • Follow-up on Richemont CRM projects and take on IWC specific CRM projects
  • Evangelize and train markets and HQ on the new CRM systems

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Economics
  • Hands-on personality that is used to work independently, very organized and has a strong attention for details
  • First practical experience in the field of marketing activation is required. Knowledge of CRM and digital tools is required (Salesforce and Google Analytics are a plus)
  • Business fluent English skills are required, German or French is a plus
