In this role you will be responsible to support the global HR team on different projects and initiatives in the area of People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Design.

About Your Future Role

As a People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Design Internship your main responsibilities will involve:

• Support different projects in the area of People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Design
• Administrative support and coordination of global projects
• Leading ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Provide HR Reporting to different stakeholders
• Run data analysis as required
  
  

What do we expect from you?

As a People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Design Internship your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Enrolled in a University Degree or University of Applied Sciences Program in Switzerland for at least 12 months is a must
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Humans Resources, Computer Science or IT is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Programming skills (R, Python) not required but is a plus
• Strongly pronounced integrity, client-orientation and a self-starter mind-set
• Passion for People Analytics and data
• Option to develop skills in the area of Microsoft Power Platform
• Flexible working schedule based on lectures
• Native English speaker or very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least proficiency)
• Given the current situation, we might offer this job opportunity virtually. Key stakeholders are based in Zurich, Switzerland
• Considering also the current travel restrictions, you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract
• At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a center of further education.
