For our visual merchandising team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

INTERN VISUAL MERCHANDISING

(M/F/X – 100%)

As intern in our visual merchandising team you will gain a fascinating insight into the world of IWC. You will be able to enhance your project management skills as part of a highly motivated and efficient team. Your creative inputs and hands-on mentality are highly appreciated.

Start : September 2022

Duration : 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting our Regional Managers for all related VM topics
  • Project Management of Customised Displays (from design to implementation)
  • Create basic & seasonal guidelines together with our agency (from briefing to final version)
  • Cropping of images in Photoshop and keeping our media database up to date
  • Writing description labels in Illustrator and have them translated
  • Regular stock checks
  • Creating orders in SAP
  • Organizing and following up on transportation orders
  • General administrative team-support (ordering, invoicing, communication etc. )

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Business/Marketing education or equivalent studies
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Hands-on mentality and service-oriented mindset
  • Experienced in SAP is a plus
  • Experience in visual merchandising is a plus
  • Good feeling for and an affinity to luxury
  • Exact, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details
  • Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
