Olivier Bérard, Cartier International Client Services Director.We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Client Marketing Department, based in Geneva, as International Client Services Coordinator. ( 1year contract)
In this role, you work for the success of the Maison’s Client Services Strategies and you are part of the International Client Services team. You will focus on carrying out the transversal activities of the department and coordinating the contributions of its members.
You will be key to supporting the efficient running of the team and its smooth collaboration with external departments and markets. The position requires a collaborative attitude, presentation skills with attention to details, as well as a strong client-focus and curiosity for the luxury industry.
The International Client Services Coordinator works closely with the Client Marketing and market teams. She/He reports to the International Client Services Director.

- You possess a Master’degree in Business Management or related fields
- You have at least 2 years’ experience preferably in the Retail and luxury industry
- You are fluent in English and French, a 3rd language is a plus
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills
- You can focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture
- You can easily juggle with several different projects and responsibilities
- You have great sensitivity to client’s needs & aspirations
- You are analytical and result-oriented
- You can interact in a multicultural environment
- You are keen to build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders
- We create a positive environment and highlight your personal and team performances
