Your field of responsibility


An outstanding opportunity to join us as an experienced Investor Services and Reporting Specialist where you will perform oversight of Transfer Agency Functions and ensure that reporting deadlines are met. As part of a small team, you will be expected to prepare, review and distribute numerous internal and external reports (incl. investor reporting, regulatory filings) but also to challenge existing processes and systems to drive efficiencies in the operating model. You will be expected to communicate with internal and external business partners including Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists, Fund Administrator, Management Companies across multiple locations and when required, liaise directly with relationship managers. You will be required to actively participate in internal operational and new product development related projects.
Additionally, you maintain an efficient and institutionalized recordkeeping of Investor Services related documents, and collaborate intensively to enhance and drive the digitalization of processes and controls as well as continuous advancement of the control environment. You will conduct business analysis, document processes, identify problems and deliver effective solutions by using advanced Excel/VBA, SQL techniques to prototype solutions and implement standardized processes.

Your skills and experience


As we are part of a fast-paced, highly competitive and dynamic environment with international exposure, we are looking for someone who feels at ease and can even thrive on it. Additionally you bring the following requirements along:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent education in finance, economics or business administration with a proven experience in a similar role
  • Advanced skills in VBA/Excel as well as Basic SQL and Power BI knowledge
  • Ability to work proactively and with own initiative, who takes ownership, initiative and responsibility.
  • As an astute problem solver, you love to work in an energizing environment which requires a high level of flexibility and the ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and manage time effectively
  • You are passionate about learning, reporting, data management, quality assurance and deliver high quality work with a strong focus on timely delivery and attention to details but also can establish long-lasting relationships with key partners
  • You combine a high client and service orientation with excellent communication skills in English and German
