Your field of responsibility


A challenging position within the newly unified First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) and Market Development & Management (MDM) team, the in-house center of competence in regulatory and market driven initiatives, as well as risk management related topics for the Private Banking markets of the Emerging Europe Business Area (Russia, Israel, Eastern Europe and Central Asia).

You will have the opportunity to drive and support the roll out of critically important projects and initiatives, both on the risk and regulatory side.

You will interact with the entire senior management of the Business Area from the COO team, to the RM team leaders, the Market Area Heads and the Strategic client partners.

Operating on a senior platform for your personal and professional development in a highly dynamic and international environment, with exposure not only to the BA, but also to various other areas within the Bank.

Your skills and experience


A completed university degree or equivalent (preferably in the areas of business administration)

A proven track record of at least 5 years in project management in a top tier consulting firm, a big 4 or within a project department within Private Banking

Sound experience in impactful projects, tackling complex issues and executing initiatives in the context of a large organization

The ability to perform excellent stakeholder management

A team player behavior with strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a can-do attitude and a structured, solution-oriented approach

A high degree of engagement, independence and the ability to prioritize your own workload on a daily basis

Resilience and willingness to work under pressure with a high attention to detail

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is absolutely mandatory, other languages a plus
