IS Process Mining Specialist

In this role you will be responsible to drive globalization, standardization, and simplification of in-scope processes by leveraging strong business knowledge and process improvement capabilities.

IS Support Process Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand and capture their operational, strategic, and tactical needs, to translate them into requirements and use cases
• Leverage Process Mining tools (Celonis) to generate recommendations based on facts, data, and identify opportunities for value generation
• Creating innovative solutions and realizing business value by using Process Execution Leading and providing guidance to cross functional work teams in achieving the identified objectives
• Presenting implementation progress and results to senior executives and business teams
• Promoting the unitization of Process Mining technology in the IT and FinOps space
• Providing expert consulting to our customers for technical and business value-related inquiries
• Building cross-functional expertise on both the business side and on various technical aspects of Process Mining Technology (Celonis)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring strong advocacy and support of Process Mining practices. Acting as an evangelizer for process mining throughout the organization
• Working closely with IS Process Mining Manager to drive forward the IS Process Mining strategy

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience delivering business value through digital transformation programs and process optimization engagements. Prior experience in providing Process Mining services (Celonis) of advantage
• Excellent analytical skills, complemented by a solid understanding of core business processes
• Hands-on experience in data and analytics (Celonis, PowerBI, Tableau). Experience using Celonis and related programming languages (SQL, PQL, YAML) preferred
• Well-organized and known for being a quick learner with a passion for thinking outside of the box
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics and technical information in an understandable manner across all levels of the organization
• Customer-first, teamwork-based, and service-oriented approach to your work, complemented by a deep understanding of consumer and business needs, ITIL and/or Lean
• Experience on ERP (SAP) and IT Service Management applications (ServiceNow) is advantageous
