For our IT department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

IT BUSINESS PARTNER - SALES

(M/W/X – 100%)

In this role, you represent the interests of IWC in global group projects (SAP Roll-Out, SAP Upgrade S/4, Retail, Wholesale and Ecom applications). You contribute significantly to the improvement of business processes and ensure that these are continuously developed. In addition, you use your analytical skills and thus contribute to the continuous increase of productivity and process efficiency.

Besides becoming the one-stop shop for our business clients, you are one of the main contacts between Group SAP consultants and the IWC internal clients.

In close collaboration with the local markets and their business key users, the IT Business Partner supports business in fulfilling project relevant tasks in a proper quality and time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Coordinating Group SAP Rollouts and SAP Upgrade S/4 for IWC
  • Attending on-site GAP sessions and key user tests (SAP roll-outs)
  • Leading the cutover activities needed for a successful Go-Live (up to 30 % international travel activity)
  • Communicating the latest SAP enhancements to all our global key users and keeping them up to date
  • Setting up frequent meetings with our Sales HQ team to exchange latest information about ongoing tasks/projects
  • Supporting retail, wholesale and e-commerce teams as internal consultant by providing cross functional process and system knowledge
  • Representing the first level support for SAP and other sales-linked applications like our retail and wholesale point of sales solution
  • Participating to the release management in order to continuously improve existing processes

PROFILE:

  • Several years of experience in working with ERP systems
  • Technical understanding of processess
  • SAP sales and distribution knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics or equivalent education
  • 3 to 4 years experience in SAP rollout projects
  • Fluent in English, German and French nice to have
