Permanent Position - Temporary Involvement also possible

Your tasks:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the COO and supporting with internal and external communication
  • Managing the calendar, preparing, and organizing meetings
  • Creating Presentations, Managing the Agenda, preparing hand outs and follow ups
  • Being involved in active research, also preparing, and providing Analyses to have a solid base for decision making
  • Being responsible for the transcription of dictated information
  • Managing and preparing the monthly expense reports
  • Being in charge of the daily Food and Beverage management

Your qualification:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or experience in similar position
  • Profound skills with MS-Office programmes
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), any other language is a plus
  • A driver’s-license is mandatory
  • Being able to prioritize and must be quick thinking
  • Strong self-discipline and absolute confidentiality
