Das Ziel der Position:We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer - Mobile with a strong desire to move things and innovate. You are eager to learn new skills and to innovate to help Alpian stay on the leading edge of digital private banking. You should be heavily motivated by both our banking platform and our mobile technology stack. This is a unique opportunity to build Switzerland’s first digital private bank and to rethink how banking is done in 2023 leveraging the latest mobile and cloud technologies.

As a Junior Software Engineer - Mobile at Alpian, we expect you to ensure that you have high quality in mind, you will be updating current applications, and working with colleagues to brainstorm innovative ideas for new applications. You will actively participate in every aspect of software development and collaborate with backend software engineers, graphic designers, and user experience designers, plus our banking specialists.

Jobübersicht:
  • Design, implement, deliver and validate features in the bank’s mobile applications
  • Work with other engineers to brainstorm new applications.
  • Understand and follow the mobile applications architecture, design and development best practices
  • Help with L3 support requests coming to the team
  • Work with the agile mindset and participate actively to the different ceremonials

Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich:Requirements and skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with mobile applications (private or corporate)
  • Knowledge of relevant computer languages for Android or iOS devices.
  • Some experience with mobile SDKs and MVVM architectures.
  • Understanding of test automation for mobile applications
  • Strong motivation for complex challenges and learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional-level English spoken and written

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Dart and Flutter
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Some experience with either iOS and Android ecosystem and related CI/CD
  • Knowledge of Firebase for deployment and analytics
