At a Glance:

The Key Accounts Lead Europe plays a critical role in growing On alongside some of the world’s best retail partners. This position will be seen within the organization as an experienced and strong leader who brings a new way of thinking in order to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to challenge the status quo and thrives in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly.

Your Mission:
  • Lead and develop On’s Key Account business across Europe - bring the KAM business to the next level (team, digital, planning, process)
  • Work with the Europe General Manager and Head of Sales for each market to build joint growth plans with all Key Accounts with a 3+ year outlook
  • Oversee volume planning and forecasting processes for all European Key Accounts
  • Work with Marketing teams to create go-to-market plans with storylines to support On’s launch goals in combination with goals of our key partners
  • Partner with Operations, Tech and Happiness Delivery teams to ensure efficiency in business processes
  • Own and drive Key Account Sales strategy for maintained profitability and keep the distribution strategy in line with On’s overall sales strategy (where do we sell which product)
  • Maintain sales budgets and procedures for Key Accounts
Your Story:
  • You’ve got at least 8 years’ experience in sales or in a commercial role and +5 years in a leadership position and have loved every minute of it
  • You’ve worked with a large retailer or global sportswear / lifestlye / fashion brand
  • You bring digital and e-com experience to take On’s customer journey to the next level with your key accounts, online as well as offline
  • You have expertise in sales strategy and providing solutions based on joint partner needs
  • A true critical thinker, you’re open minded, logical, and really understand the importance of data when it comes to decision making and problem solving
  • You enjoy dealing with complex challenges and your analytical skills form the base for you to create strategies to achieve your objectives
  • You know that successful negotiation is all about ensuring that everyone gets a good deal – not who wins or loses.
  • You’re fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You live in Switzerland or are open to the idea to relocate to Zurich
  • Travelling to up to 60% based on the business need is not a problem for you
