For one of our clients, a Swiss Private Bank, we are looking for a

Legal Officer (6 months )

Provide support to the Treasury and Trading manager in any legal matter related to the department: financial institutions, execution and sales desks.

Responsibilities:

Draft and/or review of prospectus and final terms for structured products issued in-house or externaly.
Review and negotiation of different agreements related to derivatives (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, clearing agreements, custody agreements, brokerage agreements, CDEA, MFSTA).
Review and negotiation of terms & conditions of trading platforms, account opening documents with external correspondent banks, and any other types of documentation related to derivatives.
Monitoring of regulations applying to the activities of the trading room and the asset management activities (mainly derivatives).

Profile :

Law degree, particularly in the field of international and/or commercial law, if possible with the Swiss bar exam
1-3 years of experience in the banking or in asset management sector, have a good comprehension of investment products and derivatives.
Fluent French & English
