As a Lean Engineer in Lean Production, you will drive improvements in production and logistics in Schaffhausen / Switzerland.

You will report to the Head of Lean Production and support the implementation and further development of lean logistics in the plant. You have the opportunity to have an active role in the transformation of the site and can demonstrate your change management skills.

This position is classified as 15. 

Your responsibilities

• Design and moderation of workshops in the area of CIP as well as winning over employees for process optimisation and training in the new lean standards.
• Independent implementation of analyses, conceptual development and implementation of optimisation potentials in production and logistics.
• Analysis and optimisation of workflows, material flows and logistics processes.
• Development of lean packaging and means of transport
• Initiation of pilot projects and support in the implementation of new standards.
• Creating and presenting project progress and decision-making documents for management.
  

Your background

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar.
• At least two years of professional experience.
• Experience in conducting and moderating workshops.
• Good expertise in automation and integration of logistics systems, affinity for digitalisation.
• Good comprehension skills and solution-oriented.
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, LEAN, workshop facilitation.
• Fluent German, good English skills.
