You have experience in steering the creation and publication of Integrated Reports? You are a good networker who easily connects in a global cross-functional environment? As a Manager Corporate Publishing and Special Projects (m/f/d) you will be responsible for corporate publishing tasks, support Clariant’s reporting, and take the lead for special communication projects on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the annual integrated report, assuring timely and complete publications.
  • You will steer agencies during development and implementation of the corporate reports.
  • You will proactively contribute to the alignment of Clariant’s reporting with respect to the latest regulatory developments and standards.
  • You will take the lead for special projects on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team regarding the ongoing transformation of the company.
  • You will steer global internal campaigns on project basis.
  • You will ensure corporate documents and content such as Clariant presentations, Executive CVs and the company section on clariant.com are always up to date.

  • You have a proven track record over at least five years within journalism or communications in an international environment and with experience in corporate reporting.
  • You have exceptional communication skills (written, verbal) in both English and German.
  • You are naturally outgoing and manage your stakeholders with professionalism and are a sharp negotiator when needed.
  • You flourish in a diverse and international team environment and clearly enjoy the benefits and challenges of cross-functional teams.
  • You deliver your projects to plan in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.
